If I had won enough money, No, he could still not buy a new truck!
If left up to Jerry, he would buy a new one every 6 months!

Well, that's in Mexico, but in Puerto Rico, it would go as:

No Cariño, tú no puedes comprar una nueva guagua!

(here no one uses the term camioneta )

Okay in tha case you can say: " Where´s Victor when I need him!!! ... ..
Just teasing!... , the correct form is:...
"Por favor, He perdido a mi Madre"
And ask for help about it:
"¿Puede por favor ayudarme a encontrarla?"

Thanks Rigel!!

Okay, Rigels translation for boxer shorts is a bit different.... you see, in Puerto Rico and Mexico we use calzoncillos. In Spain they might say calzones, in some parts of South America, "pantaloncillos".

Now understand, (I am thinking a bit of the underwear thread), that the translation is the same for both boxers and briefs, in most parts. Unless of course, its Puerto Rico, which is such a special place that we say the word "boxers" in Spanish and "calzoncillos" for the briefs.
