I wasn't sure either,but I assumed it had something to do with homeless cats getting food.

I think you are right. It's amazing how they can live even in the middle of a big city and survive.

yes that what I think it means. we had a cat when I was growing up that lived in the street if you tryed to bring her inside she went wild but out side any one could touch her she was feed by every one in the street.dont now if she had an owner. wouldnt happen now someone would call the ranger and she would be taken away.

This one is a little hard to understand, but I agree: I think it has to do with homeless cats getting food. Sad as it is, cats are amazing.
