Just ran into a website about these. They look awesome! What do you all think opposing to declawing. I have read so much about the negs of declawing the past couple weeks (looking for a kitten). Anyone use these??Kimmi

This fountain was purchased because it was not plastic and saw it on a site on constipation for cats and was promoted as one that cats would use. However, it is expensive. It is very heavy,...

I had to use a dropper with this since it was kind of hard to put it in my cat's ears. I cleaned my cats ears first, then I put the R-7M cleaner in her ears. Next, I inserted 10 drops into each...

It is the most economical litter I have ever used. I only put a layer of litter in the pan that will cover half the pan. As the cats use it, it turns to sawdust. When its all dust you dump it....

This is probably the single most important toy I ever bought. I got it when my boy was a kitten and two years later, he still plays with it every day.
Does anyone use Soft Paws?

I haven't used them, haven't needed to. Ophelia is so good about scratching where she's supposed to, we never even had to train her.
I'll move this to Care & Grooming.

I've used them, with very good results.
I put them on my cats when I got married & moved in with my husband - my cats were really bad about scratching furniture & had ripped up my couch & chairs. DH had nice furniture & didn't want it destroyed, but there was no way I'd ever consider declawing, so we tried soft paws. I used them on the cats for while training the cats where to scratch appropriately, and it worked wonderfully - it's been 2 years since we got married, and all the furniture is still intact.
I really need to write the manufacturer a thank-you note.
If you want to try them & have any questions, feel free to pm me (though it may take me a little while to get back to you as we've been having computer problems). You could also do a search for 'soft paws' or 'soft claws' & should come up with lots of info.
Hope this helps.
