New Member Having Problems - Help!

My friend SQUIRT (a new member) is having problems I can't seem to help her with, so I am asking you guys to help us.

1. She's subscribed to all threads, yet when going into her User CP it shows "No new subscribed threads" even though she has in fact posted 20 posts.

2. When clicking on New Posts hers is showing 1 of 19 posts, when I show 1 of 83 posts for the day?

Can anyone help? Please?

I show your friend's settings as NOT being subscribed to threads.

I am not sure what you mean by your other comment.

We went in and subscribed, individually, to each thread. What are we doing wrong for it to come back as not being subscribed? I set hers up as I have mine, but, for her it's not working the way mine is.
