TNR

That stands for Trap-Neuter-Release. It's the most advanced method of dealing with feral cats and is actually the only way to control their numbers.

It has a lot about the value of TNR programs versus trapping and attempting to adopt out or trapping and killing, as some jurisdictions do.

Thanks for the links. The photos were so emotional powerful. We have a ton of feral cats a block from my house. I'm going to look into seeing what I can do for them. Those that do care and work with feral cats, I'm so amazed and in awe of what you do!
