Bella has had a URI that we have been treating per the vet's orders with antibiotics and antihistimines. Today, she sneezed and there was blood! It's not a continual and constant flow, but it was definintely blood. Is this just like a human sinus infection?? what to do??

I agree, the best thing would be to call the vet and let them know what's going on. Sending good vibes to Bella.

I've seen it happen before at the shelter when the cats were passing around a severe URI. It's unnerving to see, I know. (One of the cats actually sneezed blood on a guy who was thinking of adopting. He never came back after that, unfortunately.) I was told it was just like with a human who sneezed too much. But it takes a LOT of sneezing for it to happen to a cat.

You should definately call the vet and tell them about it. He/she might want to change the medication to something stronger, to get your ktty better faster.
