Hey breeders. I was wondering if any of you put two unaltered males together. I was thinking that my stud might like to have some company and if I get a younger stud can I put him in with Luxor? Is there any safe way to introduce them without Luxor beating up the new guy? Have any of you done this? It would be nice for two boys to share the nice jungle room!

I don't have another male so I can't answer that but I would say if I get one no he won't be yet.

Well, it might actually help if I were to READ the post before I tried to respond ... sheesh! Sorry!

If Luxor likes other cats and responds well to them, then you can try it, but with my boy, who at almost two years old is a testosterone-laden pokey-monster, he would only torment the wee thing by forever trying to breed it.

im laughing! Yes he is the same way. Was trying to breed my queen even after she was pregnant. He was dragging the poor thing around the place.
Im afraid he might try that with another male too if he gets desperate! He is really nice to his girls though except the incessant breeding thing.

I have an older whole male and a younger male and a neutered male together. The whole male picks on the neutered male, both whole and neuter respond well to the younger one. The whole male has been the only male here for three years, with the exception of his kits.
