I started toliet training a few days ago. Its going well! I'm getting tips from a book called "How to Potty-Train your Cat", or something like that. Any tips?Any comments? Anything? I lost the book, and have to get a new one, but that's the only bad thing that happened so far, on my part of course.

Thanks Rita!

Me either, I just found out. I'm so excited! It will be hard to explain to friends, though.

The way I understand it, you start with a litterbox near the potty and elevate it over time until its even with the potty. Then you move it over on top of it and reduce the amount of litter I think. They make special trainers that fit over the toliet seat. Then when the cat is using that you can remove it and they continue to use the potty. Kinda neat and if you have a bathroom to devote to the cat to train them, its easier of course.

I know exactly what happened to your book...The cats flushed it!
Just kidding, good luck, you have more patience than I would have!
