Not really, just an occasional football game, like Alabama/Auburn, or and occasional NASCAR race.

Lets see, Tigs will be two years old in June, and Gizzy will be a year old sometime in the middle of May.

Helloooo there Riguel!!!

I guess I like sunset the best, they're both pretty, but I love to be outside in the summer, either in my garden or my flowers or just sitting and looking when the sun goes down, it just refreshes my soul.

2. In my entire life, hmmmm, probably around 30, 'cause we always had at least 2 cats at home when I was growing up........actually, that number is probably between 40 and 50 or more if I could go back and count all the kittens that I've raised when I was breeding

Probably a dozen pair, truthfully! I wear the same pair of tennies day in and day out until they wear out, then I stick them in the closet for gardening shoes. I also keep at least two pair of nice black pumps, a white pair of pumps, a tan pair of pumps, at least one pair of black slipons that look good with dressy pants, a pair of black short boots, one pair of rubber type boots, currently there are two pair of dressy clear slings with gold butterflys on them, I like them so much that I put a pair away for when the first pair wears out!

My favorite activity? Thats a tough thing, I'd have to say probably anything to do with sewing, crafting, etc, unless its spring/summer, and then you'll find me in the garden.

My mom had cats when I was a kid, and I loved them even as a small child, what's not to love about them?

The first kitty that was "mine" was given to me when I was about 10 years old, a sweet little orange tabby. Our pastor at the time read meters for the power company, and one of his stops was giving them away, so he thought of me and took one....I think my mom was less than pleased with him!!
You're welcome!
Sorry about the typos. I mean it, you deserve it. My first kitty was an orange tabby as well.

Good morning, Cindy!

1. Approximately how many cookbooks do you and Charlie own?

2. How often are you the one who uses one of those cookbooks?

3. When is your next catering event?

4. Do you prefer cold or hot weather?

5. If you wrote an autobiography, what would its title be?

6. If you had time to take any course at your local college, what would you take?

7. If your life had a themesong, what would it be?

Good Morning, Steph! I read these earlier, but had to wait until I got the store opened this morning before I could sit down and answer them, lol!
1. I would guess between 50 and 75, altogether, I know for a fact that he got five for Christmas this year!

2. That depends on your description of me "using" them......if you're discussing cooking from them, probably about .002% of the time. However, I do look thru them for him a lot, looking for new things I want him to try, or looking for recipes that he has seen and cannot remember where they were, also if he's doing a recipe from "memory" and forgets something, he'll get me to look it up and see what he needs. Currently, I'm going thru his most used recipes and writing down the ingredients so that I can make content labels for the ones that he's going to use in the bakery.

3. The next full catering where we go and set up, keep things filled and clean up is not until June, but that can change at any moment......especially once he gets the bakery opened and can advertise it. As far as a "just food" catering, he's doing a 25 person luncheon this Thursday for some of the folks at UAB hospital in Birmingham, croissants, fruit platter and cheesecake.

4. I really, honestly prefer cold weather, but I love the flowers and gardening bounty that hot weather brings too!

5. Something along the lines of " The Life and Loves of a Very Boring Person" or " Boredom 101: How to Cope"

6.Probably would be another psychology course, that was my favorite subject in college, and I have taken one single semester class on it since I graduated, just for the fun of it!

7. "Don't Worry, Be Happy", lol!

-Lots of interesting questions and answers so far.
Here's a few more:

1. Assuming you have a best friend outside marriage and TCS, how long have you been close to that person?

2. What do you think could ever cause you to permanently break off a very close friendship? Has this ever happened to you?

3. What does Charlie love about you that you don't necessarily love about yourself?

4. What do you love about Charlie that surprises him or that he doesn't expect you to like?

5. What does your family like most about you? What about your friends? Do they differ?

6. What do you think strangers or new aquaintences like most about you?

7. Name two places in your home that are at the top of your list to maintain order and why?

8. What are the little things you do for Charlie that you just wouldn't do for anyone else and why?

9. Have you ever walked out of a movie because it was bad?

10. If you could have the exact hair/hairstyle of someone famous, who would it be?

Wow, Ryan, you have been thinking of some good ones!
1. I actually have three, two of those have been friends with me since about 1982, the other since 1989....all females and I don't get to see them a lot, but we all know that we're there when the other one needs us.

2.Well, I'm not a really trusting soul, so if I don't think I can trust someone, they're not likely to become "close" friends with me, which is good, 'cause lying to me or trying to take my hub away could cause that precise breaking of friendship. And no, that hasn't ever really happened.

3. I think the fact that I don't really see the world as divided into male/female roles. I'm just as likely to be found working on electrical things as to be cooking or cleaning, and I really don't like that about myself a lot of times. Granted, I'm independant, I was raised that way, but sometimes I'd much rather be a "feminine" and delicate-type woman!

4.Funny, the thing that I love most about him, that he wouldn't think I do, is also the thing that drive me up the wall the most! I love the fact that he's like me, stubborn, persistant, refuses to be beaten by anything that he's working on, I am the same way, but that also can make me the maddest at him! Go figure, I know <G> !

5.My friends and family mostly love me for the same things, I'm dependable,I'm punctual, I'm honest about anything they ask me, I don't cause a ruckus about things, I'm pretty levelheaded in a crisis.....just a bit boring, if you ask me!

6. Hopefully that I'm a nice person, someone who is easy to talk to, willing to listen to their problems without judging or butting in.

7. Actually, in my house, its all the same room......I live in a mobile home, and the kitchen, dining room and living room are all joined together, with no dividing walls, therin being the biggest reason for keeping them straightened up and such, when you walk in the front door, you can see all the way through to the hallway !

8. Just one thing, other than that, I'd do just about anything for anyone, and that is file the dead skin off his feet and trim his toenails. I don't know that I wouldn't do it for anyone else, but I just don't know that I could, ya know?

9. Nope, I threatened to once, but decided there was no point, I was riding with a bunch of friends, it was freezing cold, and part of them were in another movie.

10. Anyone who has long, thick, naturally curly hair! Any color is fine, I'm not picky!

Thanks Ryan, you've made me sit down and think this afternoon!

5. What is your favorite meal that your Mom made when you were growing up?

1, I am allergic to several antibiotics, interestingly enough, NOT allergic to penecillin. Am also violently allergic to Celebrex.

2. Nope, have had poision oak several times, but am now basically immune to the poision oak juices.

3. Around 8 or 9, I was in the third grade, and they wound up cancelling classes for several days that year, 'cause all but just a couple of the kids in all three third grade rooms had it!

4. Believe it or not, it was the movie about the Grinch that Jim Carrey starred in, I just hated it!

5. Only if you won't laugh.....mom would occasionally fry bologna, but not cut it, just let it cup up, then serve it with the cupped bologna full of mashed potatoes, covered with homeade gravy made from the bologna fat and hot homeade biscuits. Of course, this was before we found out that dad was a diabetic, after that, meals changed at home!

Dear Cindy, my cyber sister, here are my questions and I tried to go a little easy on you

1. If you could have one more cat, and ONLY one, what kind would it be?

2. Of the cats that you NOW have, which one is "meowmys special one"?

3. Concerning the new bakery in the works, what has been the hardest/most
frustrating part of getting it ready?

4. Still concerning the bakery to come, what has been the most fun/rewarding
part?

5. If time and money were of no concern where would you go/what would you
do?

Hugs and congrats on being member of the week sis
.
