Firstly, I'd pay off all our debts, so I wouldn't have the financial worries that plague me right now. Then put some back in high interest areas, so I could live off the interest for a long while without having to work 40+ hour weeks. From there, I don't know, I know that I'd love to build a house, or at least put a new roof over our trailer and build me a sewing room somewhere, so I wouldn't have to have my sewing stuff and quilt frames all in the way in the house. Travel? Maybe! I'd love to take a road trip and meet all of you TCS folks that I possibly could, but I don't know if I could stay away from my kits that long, and while a couple don't mind riding, most of them do, and Gizmo yells from the time you crank a car until you take him in a building!

1. Have you ever had any type of music lessons (piano, voice...)

2. What is your favorite type of tennis shoe, and what color do you prefer. How about your favorite dress shoe?

3. What do you wear to work on an average day?

4. What is your most cherished material possession, and why?

5. We know Charlie prepares dinner most days. How about when you make dinner, what is your favorite meal to prepare?

1. I had about 3 years of piano lessons, all totaled together. Like I told someone who asked me one day, I know enough about music to be dangerous, yes, I can read music pretty well, but I depend more on my ear than anything else. I can sight-read and play just about anything, but we'll get it learned a whole lot faster if you can sing it for me, just to get me started off on the right foot. I have had two years of vocal training, wish I had time to take some more, but I don't see that happening in the near future!

2. Now, don't laugh, I work in a shoe store, but I'd rather be barefoot just about any time of the day! My alltime favorite tennis shoe is a Nike 180 that was being manufactured between 1991 and 1995, no longer being around. That being said, 99% of the time my tennis shoes are Easy Spirits, usually any color I can find, as long as they fit. I also prefer Easy Spirit dress shoes, but I'm not quite as picky about them as my tennis shoes, 'cause I'm not on my feet in them all the time.

3. Usually some form of elastic waist pants, either denims or scrub type, and either a t-shirt or polo type shirt. I don't dress fancy, and since I'm just as prone to be down on my kneeds scrubbing toilets or crawling under shelves looking for lost shoes as I am just running the register I go for neatness and comfort over looks and "style".

4.Actually, I have two, and they're both rings (funny thing is, I don't wear rings much, except for my wedding band when I'm going out)......the first one was my paternal grandmother's wedding band. The day that we had her funeral, as they were preparing to close the coffin, the funeral director took it off her hand and gave it to my dad, who promptly turned around and gave it to me! The other is a ring that Charlie bought me from a friend of ours while we were dating. I don't get to wear it much now, 'cause the knuckle on my ring finger swells too much for me to get it over it a lot of the time.

5. Do PopTarts count?
Usually I cook salmon patties with english peas and mac and cheese or taco salad. I can actually cook, but I am terribly out of practice, and that makes me a tad slow in the kitchen.

Good Morning, Sam!

I really love any of the fonts that look like nice handwriting or calligraphy, but they're usually more difficult to read, so I stick with the plain old Arial font....boring, ain't I ?!

Tough call there Sam, but I think right now its a t-shirt that I bought myself, white shirt, with the saying "When God Made Me He Was Just Showing Off" on it! Either that, or the one that says " Lord, make my words today as sweet as honey, because tomorrow I may have to eat them!". Can you tell I like t-shirts with wacky sayings?

Which ones make you happy.

Have a good day and a great week
My very favorite music is Southern Gospel. That's what I was raised listening to, that's what I sing and play the best. That is also what my best friends , the Perrys, sing too. Through them I have actually met a lot of the folks that I grew up listening to and idolizing ! I do listen to a lot of country though, and a lot of oldies rock........and I mean 50's and 60's stuff!

Hmm, wanna make me cry? Play "I Will Find You Again" by my friends, and I'll tell you why, 'cause she came and sang it for my MIL's funeral.

Happy songs? "Don't Worry, Be Happy", "Mr. Mom" by Lonestar

Lol, I never did answer that, Susan. Truthfully, I'm a evening person. I work 8-5, so that means I go to bed about 10, and get up (grudgingly) about 6:30. I'd much rather go to bed around 2-3 am and sleep until noon, but since I don't have a job that allows that, I'll just keep the schedule that I'm on!

I live about three miles from the city limits, yet my nearest neighbor is 1/4 of a mile away. I have lots of privacy, but still not too far from civilization!

Hey girlfriend! Nice to see you!

I love Steven King, but favorite would be a tossup between him and Lillan Jackson Braun

Mostly Southern Gospel, but a lot of county and oldies too.
Favorite TV Show? Currently Boston Legal. My alltime favorite would have to be M*A*S*H* though.

Do you have children? If not are you planning to have any?
How many fur babies do you have?

If you were to be something else, what would you be?

Hey there! BTW, I'm one of those who added you to my MSN, and then signed off, lol!

Lets see, Children, nope, when we first married, we decided that we really didn't want to have children, which turned out to be a good thing, because I had a hysterectomy the spring before my 35th birthday, due to fibroids, so that really definitely made our minds up! As it is, I have a 17 year old neice that I adore and spoil rotten, so that's enough!

Furbabies, inhouse permantly, I have 8 Rusty, Babycakes, Hef-cat. YumYum, Rurnt, Tigs, LittleBit and Gizmo. Outside is an everchanging number of strays, ferals and dropped-off kitties.

If I were to be anything else, truthfully, I'd love to be a stay at home homeaker. One who fills her time by cooking and cleaning and sewing and crafting and quilting and petting the kitties, of course!

Nope, I haven't yet, but mom just got a couple of his, so when she finishes them, I'll get a chance at them.

Thanks!
