We watched SAW last night. Man, I couldn't even go to sleep for awhile after watching that creep-fest! The last movie that affected me to that degree was Psycho. I wouldn't take a shower with the curtain all the way drawn for a long time.

Anyone else watched SAW yet?

Vicky and I watched it in the cinemas when it was out!
Not the type of movie one should watch alone and with a full stomach, eh? Neither I could sleep that night. Vicky got to throw up when she got home after seeing it and I was having nausea halfway through the movie.

My personal opinion of SAW, is that its a masterpiece. A work of pure genius. Among the best movies I've seen in my life. As it reaches the end in each of the twist and turns it runs the risk of having the plot of the movie collapse on itself, but the end of the movie, makes up for the entire horror fest.

Among the reviews are that the actors used real chains and the directors designed the room in which most of the movie unfolds for real (No, the guy didn't saw his foot off for real
). At the part in which the police detective is killed by a shotgun trap, the original plan called for a trap in which the walls would crush him to an excruciating death, but it was far too expensive, so they stuck to a few shotguns. Another one of the things was that the reverse bear trap was made of real metal, and it actually was very difficult filming that part because of the problem of having the actress wearing the heavy thing.

I think I am going to rent the movie from Blockbuster to watch it again.
Hmm... not something I should do alone in the night with the lights off.

Thank you for the warning, MA, there's one movie I definately won't be seeing!

It sounded too bloody for me. I like scary, but not gross. I hated the movie Seven because it was too realistic, but I liked Silence of the Lambs. Go figure.

Oh my goodness.. YESS!!! I saw it in the Theaters when my boyfriend came to visit from England.. He was like : Whoa!! lets Go seeee SAW!! HA HA"

We laughed at that joke for days..
But yes.. I saw that movie.. The doll thing freaked me out the most.... I couldn't go to sleep that night or the night after that... And having a silly boy make up scary stories after watching that movie doesn't help either!

Last weekend my Father rented that movie and I sat down to watch it again for the second time! I love scary movies... even though they scare me afterwards..
I let my imagenation run wild when I'm trying to sleep sometimes..

I think Saw was a pretty good movie... But what movie scares me the most still is.... The Ring

And I bought it! And I can't even Watch it alone!

I watched Saw and The Grudge on the same night! Both hubby and I had a hard time sleeping that night.

I think the most creepy thing about Saw is that it could really happen... and then you feel torn... is that guy doing the right thing scaring the people into appreciating life??

I'm too afraid to watch it again.

I rented it tonight. I like horror movies, but sometimes afterwards I let my imagination get carried away with me
