This is a photo of Izzie and her littermates. They were about 2 weeks old when this photo was taken. My sister kept 3 of the kittens from the litter so I can possibly get updated photos of them.

In this photo, they are about 6 weeks.

Red tiger females are something you hardly ever come across in Germany. I've been told it's the opposite in Malta - hardly any male red tigers.

I've read the same thing in other threads at TCS. I have now known 2 red/orange females... Izzie's mom and Charlotte. And no, it's not Charlotte who gave birth to a litter of kittens. Charlotte cannot have kittens because I had her spayed about 1.5 years ago. Izzie will be getting spayed very, very soon. She's almost 6 months old.

What a GREAT idea of showing littermates!!!

I have pictures of Pepper from birth since I rescued her mom as a preg cat from a blizzard and she gave birth to 5 kittens in my bedroom before I could get her to a foster home with an experienced foster mom.

I also have pics of my two boys as kittens at 3 weeks old but I need to scan pics of those so I'll post these later on.

Here's some pics of Pepper with her littermates! Pepper is the one in the middle with her head showing only. This was taken when they were only a few days old with eyes still shut!! The DARK orange kit was "Red", light cream kit- "Pooh Bear", gray kit- "Gandalf", black/white kit- "Pepper", Calico kit- Callie

This was taken when they were about 2-3 weeks old I think. They took over my bedroom with Sweetie, their mom cat, while I slept on the couch in the living room with my 3 other furbabies for almost 6 months before I found homes for all kits and Sweetie (mom) while I kept Pepper!

Pepper cuddling with Gandalf (brother) while both tried to nurse from Sweetie-mom.

Kits LOVED to wrestle and often when I came in to feed or just to visit, they'd be all over my legs wrestling and pushing each other off my lap! It was hilarious to watch.

Kits having a RARE quiet moment!

Leo had a litter mate..
We found his sister the next day... I gave her to my boyfriend at that time and he named her Zoe.... Zoe just recently passed away..

she got very sick... She went to the vet.. got a little better then passed on..
I feel so sad..
Leo is now an only child.

The kittens all look so irresistable - I often wonder how people manage to "choose" one or two (I didn't have a choice - I'd picked out two, but Jamie was determined to come home with me, and three would've been too much, since I'm allergic to cats).

ENGLAND... LAND OF HOPE AND GLORY!
Do you know Tricia looking at it now i wish i had got Rosie and one of her brothers, but although my parents always had cats from me being small i don't think i was nervous in having my own but thought that i probably couldn't handle anymore than one?!.

Does that make sense?.

Then again i wouldn't have Sophie if i'd taken Rosie's brother

I still get broody when i look at kittens though!
I wonder if there will be a little "Phoebe" one day?!

At the kitty's beck and call
Oh Susan - there's a little kitty somewhere just waiting to grow into the name Phoebe you know. Does this mean you'll be getting a new furbaby

As for our kitties. Well the first 3 are rescue kitties so their background is a little difficult. Tippy and Adelaide we have no idea whether they had siblings. We know that Felicity had a gorgeous little brother - he had black fur and was called Guiness at the shelter, they were abandoned together. I don't know whether they had any other siblings. Lily was an only cat. Apparently, Singapura mothers normally only have 1 or 2 per litter - Lily was a single kitty litter.
