Feels like ages since I've been here!

Hi everybody! Boy have I missed TCS! Since I started my new internship I've barely had any time to visit with you guys. But things are really going terrific. I just finished my third week at the internship. It's 3 full days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) at a child advocacy organization, working in development (fundraising). I am really loving it there. But my computer access is limited--I basically have access to the computer for work-related stuff, but that's it, and I don't really have my own desk, I kind of float around. On Tuesday and Wednesday nights after work, I'm taking night classes (Tuesday is my Fiction Writing workshop, and Wednesday is Spanish), Thursday night I head to the gym after work, and Monday and Friday I basically spend all day writing. Then the weekends--well, I try to find some time to relax and spend with my bf, plus there are all the normal household errands and stuff to do. Whew! After 8 months of unemployment, I feel like I've gone from 0 to 60 in 5 seconds! And, oh yeah, in the midst of all this, I am planning my wedding and selling my old apartment (finally got an offer).

And I miss my TCS friends! I am bummed that I am missing out on the vacation thread--the time in Australia with Danielle was so much fun!

But I did want to check in, let you all know I was still alive and I haven't forgotten about you!

Wow it sounds like your busy but doing great! That is nice to hear! I hope you get more time to spend here at TCS again soon! Good luck with the apartment and internship!

Aw, thanks Susan. I was so afraid no one would notice I'd been gone. I can't believe all I've missed though--I just found out about Ari's engagement! *smacks forehead* I am SO out of the loop...

Welcome Back!!!!! We've all missed you!!!! Congrats on the internship and apt!! We understand you are busy,,I dont get much TCS time either so I understand what a pain it is!!LOL!! Good luck and visit whenever you can,,we love your company!!
