Do you think a college education is necessary to be successful in the business world??

My original reply was going to be "UM... YEAH" Then when I went to explain my answer, I couldn't.Originally Posted by kittylover4ever

I would agree that it depends on where you choose to work. I work with a few people who don't have college degrees. But they've had experience, like I have had, and that's what employers look for. Then again, there are some careers where you obviously need one.Originally Posted by GrayKittenLove
I think it depends greatly on your age and experience and where you choose to work. Let's put it this way, if you are young and trying to get on at a larger corporation, you can't even get your foot in the door. Maybe at a small company it wouldn't be the same. Although if you are older and already have a lot of experience then I'm not so sure it's important at either place although probably helpful.
