I was just sitting here, playing with my boys' LEGOs, and I started thinking... What kind of thing do you enjoy that is typically for kids??

Me- I love playing with LEGOs and coloring.

I've been hooked on computer games since they first came out, from the humble bat and ball tennis games, through space invaders, frogger. Type in adventure games on my sons Spectrum. And now a Game Boy and Game Cube.

I'm 50 this year and I've told my kids when (and if
) I get old, they can find me a nice home with a computer room and I'll be fine.

I'm another one for coloring and artwork. I also love reading children's books.

btw...Its exciting being in a career where I can let my inner child come out everyday.
I love seeing the world through a 5/6 year old's eyes.

Jumping on a trampoline, playing in the rain, rollerskating, painting (even if it's painting a room, I'll put handprints or write stuff underneath where I'm going to paint FIRST), wearing my daughter's T-shirts that say funny things on them, wearing butterfly barrettes in my hair.

Eating cereal for dinner while watching Aladdin on Disney. Stuff like that!

Cool... I don't think we've had something like this asked.... I could have missed it though!
Me? Hrmn... I have to admit I'm a bit impish when it comes to letting out the "inner child" - I loooove LEGO and Brio, I adore fingerpainting and blowing bubbles and my rubber duckies in the bath!
I race, I splash in puddles and I ping stuff I really shouldn't - the occasional rubber band for instance
I run down supermarket aisles with a trolley and lift my feet up (and pretend it wasn't me when I crash), I walk on walls and very occasionally I hopscotch the zebra crossings just to annoy the drivers. Or when I think no-one's looking. Oh and today I was looked at funny for swinging on the scaffolding attatched to the front of the TESCO's building
Woops! Wasn't me!

Aaaw thanks
What can I say... if you can't put a smile on someone's face every day, then life's not worth living! I did make a few people in Inverness laugh when last I crawled past the kilted piper to see if he was a true Scot.
Suffice to say - he was! Not only that, but the music did go all wobbly when he was trying to play while giggling (the best possible thing to ever happen to the bagpipes!)

Oh my I do a lot of things. I dance randomly...anywhere. I'll jump up and stannd in front of the TV and start twirling and leaping and bopping around. Brendan had a "Family Night" at Circuit City where he works this past Sunday and when he was in the bathroom I went to the audio section and turned up music on the disco station and was dancing in the aisle. I'll also spin and run down grocery aisles. Sometimes I follow Waffle around on all 4s for a while. I skip outside or do cartwheels. I love board games. My roommate and I will sometimes turn music on from when we were in middle school and dance around the apartment for an hour or so. Sometimes Brendan and I chase each other around the apartment for no reason. I also make up songs a lot about Waffle and random incidents that have just happened. Also, when Brendan and I can't think of anything to do and we're just sitting in my apartment we'll get on the floor, stretch out, and start rolling back and forth across the carpet and roll over one another and everything. It's probably quite strange to watch actually.
But yeah, I guess I just really like playing around. It's just too much fun, and it's always good to make people wonder about you!

Loving my beautiful baby girl
Being a pediatric Nurse, I get to play with toys, read children's books, and sing children's songs quite frequently. I enjoy coloring, and have fun watching Looneytoons, my favorite cartoons from when I was little, and watching Disney films. When Sierra and I play, I often feel the playful innocence of a child.

i like to pretend that I'm a princess occasionally, like when I'm taking a hot relaxing bath which happens maybe once a month i light some candles and pretend like I'm some exotic magical princess who gets pampered all the time, they bring perfumes from the farthest reaches of the earth to bathe me in (or from bath and body works at the mall, whatever)... i think i will do that after work today

Oh and of course when I'm with roxygo we play hide and seek and i run around the house and crawl on the floor for hours.
