Blood in the stool?

I've never seen this before. I was walking by one of my cats' litter boxes, and I noticed there was soft, gooey stool with blood in it. I'm worried. What could it be?

Orei and Princess both use the same litterboxes. How do I know who's stool it is if I need to take them to the vet?

I would go to the vet asap .. it could be nothing but it could be quite serious.... how to put this nicely.. check the kids rears you should find the loose stool kid

No loose stool. Nothing.

Blood in stool can be many things, parasites, infection, food allergy, symptoms of a greater health issue. It is always the safest thing to get the stool at least to the vet for a check-
