arg!
i noticed the other day in the bathroom on the toilet seat that there were blood paw prints.
I expected him and i didnt find anything.
Anyway he has been mewoing really heavy deep meow.
I just found more blood (but it was already dry) and i got my bf to inspect him. He is wet on his paw we have tried to clean it but its so hard to see since he is all black!
I cant even take him to the vet untill tomorrow or so!
can anyone help me and tell me what to do????
im shaking right now because im really worried if anything is inside it or if its infected. It looks like he just cut him self or scratched him self.

Are you able to shine a light on his paw and pull apart his toes to see if he has a cut or something stuck in it? Is it bleeding bad? Could he have gotten a small piece of glass in his paw?

If he is still actively bleeding....maybe you should take him to an emergency vet tonight. I'm sure there is one in your area somewhere.

Ahhh....forgot about the time difference. Let us know what you find.

Just wondering how your kitty is doing. Could you maybe put a gauze pad on the bottom of his paw and bandage it some how until you can take him to the vet? Just to be sure the bleeding stops and that there's less of a chance of it opening up again.

Hope he's feeling better. Keep us updated!

We found out what the cut is from, he keeps on crawling up the wooden shelves that youre supposed to keep in the basement to store things but from this store Ikea you can have it in your home.
Its a tiny cut and he scratched him self.
I called the vet and she said not to worry unless if it happens again and to keep the cat away from it.

Glad to hear it was minor. You'll have to keep an eye on the cut, though, to make sure it doesn't get infected.
