thinking about it, it was funny but it did hurt my back!

Susie -

I'm very clumsy. I've done this before. Of course, it doesn't help that I'm a helluva lot heavier than the chair when I bend down to reach for something.

Oh good grief what i would have given to see that!!!

Was anyone else there to witness it?!

That happend to a former sales rep of ours. He went to sit down but his chair had rolled back a bit and he just collapsed with his legs in the air!

There was a few of us there and i had to leave because i could hardly breath for laughing!

OMG i did that a christmas
, it was boxing day, we were at bf's mums house having dinner, 6 of us sitting round the table, i kept saying that my chair was a bit wobbly, but no-one would listen!
all of a sudden, my chair just crashed right through, with me ending up on the floor

i can honestly say ive never been so embarrased in my life

Just my coworker Debi was there to witness it. She couldn't believe her eyes when she heard me fall, looked over at me, and I was on the floor. She did her fair share of laughing!!! LOLOL

A few years ago I was visiting my best friend in Pennsylvania... at the time he lived with 2 other guys in a big apartment.. I was sitting on the couch in the living room... No one told me that the couch was actually broken... I leaned against the arm and the whole side of the couch fell off.... I was mortified... I was like "okay I knew I was fat but arent couches supposed to be a little more sturdy???" His roommates just laughed and he finally admitted that the couch had been broken already... I was so upset! LoL

Susie, one of my students managed to fall out of her chair today after leaning over too far to get something out of her backpack - I immediately thought of you, and told the kid about the stories in this thread. That made her feel a little bit better.

I had a stange experince once, we used to have Horses and I would put the food in the ATV and feed them, also I would get the hose in one hand and pull it to fill the water buckets, well I had the hose in the right hand and I had my right hand on the gas
and I stared out ok but as I drove the hose got harder to pull, and of course that put more pressure on the gas, and I couldn't let go
well to make it short here I pulled and drove right up a chain link fence, I don't know why I didn't let go of the hose. I got up after that ATV was on top of me and LQQKED around hopeing no one saw me duh
and thank goodness only my pride was bruised

I'm glad you're OK. I know how you feel. I'm an accident waiting to happen. And it usually happens right at the most embarrassing moment possible.

Susie!! you need my office chair, chick! Instead of five spokes, it has four, is missing one, so if you sit down in it the wrong way, it will dump you over backwards in a hurry!
