You know....Cooper has always been my little "fraidy cat" but tonight, he just cracked me up! Last night, I took my contacts out because my eyes had been bothering me and then after crying from Thomas's vet emergency.....my eyes were just shot. So today, I've been wearing my glasses all day just to give my eyes a break since I'm off work for a couple days. I hardly ever wear my glasses except maybe at night when I'm about ready for bed anyway.
Well Cooper has been avoiding me most of the day...so tonight I grabbed him up and said, "Why haven't you been giving me any love today?" And he backed his face away from mine and kept trying to get away from me.....acting like he was scared of me. It finally occurred to me that it must be my glasses.....so I took them off and laid them on the bed. He watched me put down the glasses and then kinda creeped toward them like he thought they would jump up and bite him!
When I didn't have them on my face, he was totally fine again.....let me kiss him....started purring. But then I picked up my glasses again to put them back on and he got up and jumped off the bed!
