You know, I think we might actually get to page three this time! After the first one you guys just tore right through them. Glad this one is lasting longer. Don't forget, if you run across any more riddles after we finish this (plus #6, which is a different version than the stabbing with an icicle one) . . . post them!

Was he holding a straw? Was he holding a stick? Was he holding an empty water bottle?

Some questions about what he was doing before he died: was he riding in a hot air ballon? Did he fall to his death? Did he drive to the desert? Fall from somewhere in the sky to get there? Did he ride a camel to the desert? Did someone take him there?

Did his death contribute to the good of something (saving others)? Did he die of natural causes (heart attack, dehydration)?

He was kind of murdered, you said? Did someone actively contribute to this (raise a gun, knock him over the head) or was it an accidental murder?

Clues: The man was murdered. He was holding a light (less than 5 lbs) object (clue to his death). He had no survivor's tools. He died in the desert (not en route or dropped from the sky). There was small amount of blood.
Was he a blind man? And the object he was carrying was his cane?
Was he a victim of some bully who dropped him in the middle of the desert?
