We have a heat wave here!!

We might reach record highs for this time of the year!! Temperature is predicted to be 47F later today and maybe higher tomorrow!!
And of course only in the U.P. (The Upper Peninsula of Michigan) the college students in Houghton (which pretty far north) will be cross country skiing and partying in there bikini's (it will be in lower 40's there). Laying out in this weather as it is sunny. If sure everyone who is from warmer climates will still find this cold. But to us northerners this time of year we get pretty sick of the cold and snow so if it warms up to the 40's we celebrate.
Its funny though that this time of the year 40 is warm and we go with coats but in October when the temperatures cool down to 40 its COLD!!!

HA! Gail you're getting our heat wave from last week. I was at the store and this guy walked in with shorts and sandals. It was 63 -- and unfortunately has moved eastward.....darn!....

I did an errand during lunch the thermometer in the car said 42F I turned off the heat and had the windows down!!

I hate to gloat, but it's in the mid 70's her in Los Angeles
