Please keep an eye on your temp, as well as the color of this "fluid", which I hope you are not leaking
I know, I'm sure your doc did tell you that already!

Your doctor sounds great (which is wonderful for labor and delivery..that is where you really want a doctor you can communicate easily with).

Just wishing you all the best Addy, (and apparently missing my former career
)

Thanks for watching out for me. I am being cautious. I did however go for a nice long walk this afternoon. I just can't sit at home anymore. There is nothing good on TV, everything is ready and I am getting antsy!

If the baby is descending, that surely means he'll be ready to pop out soon, doesn't it? I still have to laugh about the day before our eldest nephew was born. It was a holiday here (January 6), and my b-in-law and his wife were over, because she was really restless. We actually could see the "bulge" dropping over the course of the day (she was to the point where she told us to stop watching her), and sure enough, the baby came in the wee hours of January 7. Have you told your husband that he's going to have to get online and inform us when your son puts in his appearance?

Living in the land of not enough time
My sister had an "amniotic leak" in her last month. She called the doctor in a panic cause her pants were soaked, but she had no labor pains. She got to the doctor, he examined her, then examined her pants.

She had peed on herself while walking to the bathroom.

keep making Ady laugh and she'll be soon on her way to the delivery room!

Sending lots of good vibes for an easy time and hope that your little boy puts in an appearance soon.

I emailed Ady on Tuesday and got a response Tuesday night to say that junior was hanging in there (literally) and he stays stubborn and wont move and if he dont, they will induce at the latest 14th. I emailed her back and told her that I felt that last night was the night - told her I felt it in my water (can you believe that line :-))- so am sat waiting to see if her son has finally put an appearance in. One thing - he cant spend any longer in there - can he?????

This was Ady's response at 21.00 Toronto time - which equated to 02.00 mine..

"Kev
Still nothing. Both sides of Junior's gene pool is filled to the brim with stubborness, should have realized it wouldn't skip him. Doctor said yesterday if he isn't out by Sunday then they will induce me on Valentine's day. Hopefully I won't have to wait that long. I would like him here by the weekend. "

My money is on him already arrived - so whose running the pool for weight? I bet 7lb 9 ounzes... same as my son - whose next????
