There are print on demand publishers that would not cost you anything upfront, assuming you could get it into the proper 'format' that they can use. One such is cafepress.com I would give you my store id as a referal for signing up.. but we can't do that. But at least you can print your book without paying anyone and earn whatever markup you set on it Good luck

I am going to print out some of these threads over the weekend and see what I come up with. Thanks, everyone! Y'all have some great ideas and helpful hints.
