I know you people from the other side of the world are going to laugh at me here - but this is just crazy for us Aussies.

okay is February - its the middle of summer - yesterday was 37C degrees (98.6F)
its been like this for weeks - great hot weather

last night the cool change came through - thats okay its fine to have a cooler day but what we didnt expect was it to reach a maximum of 12degrees today (53.6F)

our heating died last winter - but we have a wood fire so we didnt worry - I NEED THE HEATING ON TODAY!!! I am freezing!! where has this come from???

this is the coldest February day in melbourne since 1856 and we have had more than a months worth of rain in the last 24 hours.... OMG!!!!!

send some heat my way!!! PLEASE!!!!

some of our gorgeous heat going your way Danielle. It was 18 degrees here today, a low for the first few weeks, our highest here in Wellington for this Summer is 30 degrees I believe. I'm loving this hot weather!

Who knows what's "normal" anymore? Mother Nature is POd at us, and showing us every chance she gets. That's my theory and I'm stickin' to it.

Under the cats, mostly.
wow 9? Susan it's 4 here at the moment.
At least it's not raining or blowing a gale though - that makes a nice change - hopefully it'll heat up a bit later
I can't wait for summer!

But i have to agree thats weird though.
Seems like kids have to wear their winter uniforms for school instead

Haha It is 33 degrees here and I have all the windows open! It's much warmer than it has been for a while.

I have lived in New Jersey most of my life but ever since I lived in Florida for 5 years I just cannot stand the winter anymore.

This summer we are taking a road trip to Florida to see my dad and along the way I am looking for houses!!!
