One of my cats has been acting rather odd lately. Several times me and my family has found him carrying things such as my little sisters santa hat or dragging blankets. He was recently neutered, so is this normal? My other cat hasn't displayed the same behavior and he was neutered at the same time. Any thoughts?

How old is your kitty? Chuckie used to carry socks around when he was younger, but I guess he outgrew it.

He's a year old now. Also he's never done this before. The only thing he carried in his mouth before were mice.

Too funny! I have 2 in my house that love to pull things like socks and towels out of the laundry basket and carry them around the house with them. This is actually very normal behavior with cats. The stuff is their prey and they carry it, sometimes meowl at it, and often pounce on their catch. They started the habit when they were older kittens.

My words of advice: don't leave dirty underwear around the house!!
