:lol3: My boy will paw at my wardrobe and ask to be let in and he'll snooze inside.
Mine is a canvass wardrobe so I can't be bothered doing the zipper everytime so is open at the moment for him to just into... Lol...
But I think even if I'd zipped it he'd get in...

Man! Like I said, it's so darn close. Think this cat is yours. After all the affectionate displays on the 1st meeting, kinda confirm she's a keeper. And who knows, Stormy will follow behind. I'm hoping for that.
Thanks, TabbyTom.  He for sure wasn't Stormy, but definitely a very sweet cat that is already used to being around cats and dogs without any issue, so he should fit right in if it's meant to be, come Friday.

As we were driving over there, I was in shock that Stormy would have wound up there because it's quite a ways away and very loud with quite a bit of traffic and people on 4-wheelers and other commotion going on that would have scared him.  Once we realized it in fact WASN'T Stormy, it made more sense that he hadn't showed up there, but we continue to hope that he's safe and will make his way back to us soon, one way or another.

Thanks for thinking of us and please keep your positive vibes for us to be reunited and for this new cat to work out as it should.

I say, come Friday, bring the kitty home and name him Friday. As he is the closest to Stormy.

I would like and wish that the reunion is made possible. Tell you this, I never once visited the page 'Crossing the Bridge'. I just couldn't bring myself reading the threads. Although they are not my cats, I feel as much as the owners themselves. But in some thread that I subscribed to, it happens once in awhile that their dear kitty passed on and I got no choice but to read it.
But for a cat that has gone missing, I have more hope than those that passed on. So that's why I hope Stormy will be reunited with you.
I'm camping at this thread till Stormy is found or find his way home to you. :vibes:

I like that idea!  Friday would be a great name for a kitty!

I'm off to bed.  The boys are already waiting to be snuggled.

Ok folks so I've never had a cat who sleeps like this but then again...I've never had a cat with a flat face...I do not know why Prince likes to sleep like this but he does
and last night when I woke up in the middle of the night....in the small spot next to my pillow on bed his face was planted into the wall...I should've gotten a pik...but well it was the middle of the night

Were you afraid that Prince can't breathe properly?
I'm afraid that January can't breathe properly as he likes to sleep like this too and I find him breathing loudly and I have to move him to change position.

@TabbyTom

I've learned that if cats can't breathe they will find a way to breathe...I've also learned that what would seem to suffocate us cats can handle...Prince breathes just fine like this and he'll sleep for hours like this....Duchess her thing is sleeping under all of my blankets right up against me or in between my legs...and I always think she's gonna suffocate or breathe in her air she's expelled...cats are very strange when it comes to sleeping lolol...

Connor and Murphy like to sleep in the most uncomfortable looking positions.  I'll never understand it.  But I love hearing those soft kitty snores.  They're so dang cute!!!

Ya, they are strange when comes to sleeping and they come in all styles and patterns.
Also proably they enjoy our snorings too......,:lol3:

I only snore when my allergies are hitting me hard or I have a cold and according to my boyfriend, I have soft snores.  He snores as loud as a freight train, though.  I swear; I've wanted to smother him with a pillow on many occasions.  Haha

Feeling a little sad and sentimental today, and these two just happened to be touching one another as they slept on the dog bed, which doesn't hardly ever happen (the touching while sleeping part.....the dog beds are fair game to the cats) around here.  I tried to get the best angle for Rosie, who is a very, very black cat, but she's almost impossible to take any good pictures of.  These are Stormy's equally sweet brother and sister...Cooper (R) and Rosie (L)

Hey, if this should ever happen, please let me know how your trial turns out, because I say the EXACT same thing to my bf!  lol

Unfortunately, I'm not sure I could find another guy as good as he is about having a gf that takes in so many animals that they can never take vacations or long trips together.  Instead, I have been known to shush him and also, oddly, I'll whisper something like "Listen, we need to be quiet so we can hear."  Like we're in a mystery movie or something. lol   It's like his brain hears me whispering and somehow processes it into I know something he doesn't know and it will sometimes shut him up for a little while until I can get to sleep.  You might try it.

Ok, I'll give it a try!  And there won't be a trial.  I have a friend with a pig farm that I can use for body disposal.  JK lol

Ha ha, yea, but when they follow the recent insurance policy money trail (because you DESERVE that money for all that sleep deprivation) forensic evidence, and then see this thread, you'll just be another '48 Hours' or 'Dateline' murder mystery story.  Which I will see, btw, because I watch them all.  lol
