HELLO from me and my boys

Hi!

My name is Spring and my four-legged kiddos are Spencer, Smokey and The Bandit (guess which movie reigns in my home). My two-legged kiddo is my fiance, Sam. We are getting married in Ireland this April 2005.

I found TCS while surfing the web. I read a few posts and found them to be warm and personal. So, I decided to kick my shoes off and stay a while. Its comforting to meet other people who wear cat hairs on their work clothes like I do.




I like to read, laugh

, work crossword puzzles (easy ones), photography, music, surf the web, watch movies, boating, motorcycling, and I've even been known to fish once in a while. However, my favorite thing to do is to dine with my friends on the weekends. I look forward to it ALLLLLLLLL week long.






If you're anything like me, the closest feeling of "home" on earth is when I'm snuggling on the sofa with one of my cats (or all of them) with my face burried in their neck listening to them purr. They always smell so good (well...not always).

Thanks for all of your congrats. Captiva, we are not Irish although we sometimes party like we are.


We are staying in Lahinch, Ireland in County Clare. I've never been to Ireland before since I've barely left Texas. We won the trip through a silent auction. We were very shocked to find out that we won. Our backup plan was Cancun. I'm sure the pub tender will know how to concoct an Irish Margarita so I'll have the best of both worlds.

Which reminds me, if anyone has tips on the cheapest flights to Ireland, I'd appreciate hearing from you. From DFW to Shannon I've found $800-$1200 for 17 hour flights in April. I was told that I should check on flying into London then over to Ireland????
