Silver is the number one. I remember a few years ago it was green which everybody went for. I like perennial white, all my cars have either been white or silver

and WHO in their right mind would buy a brown car, you're not a UPS truck! LOL... maybe if it was called 'chocolate'... MMMNNN.. CHO-CO-LA-TE

I think it totally depends on the car... Certain cars look better in certain colors... I've had 2 black sports cars and a silver taurus that looked like a space ship... My next car is gonna be a different color I think... I'm trying to decide if I want the Infiniti G35 Coupe or the Nissan 350Z... either of them in blue... I think the Cadillac Escalade is gorgeous in Diamond White! Maybe I should get a job first!!

My car is brown, so is my dad's and my boyfriends. Actually I prefer to refer to mine as Metallic Beige (the actual name).

While it's boring (and I didn't have a choice) I like it better than my mother's blue car or my brother's black one... I rarely wash it and you can never tell - it hides dirt well!

If I got a new car I'd probably get a silver one though.

Movin' on up!
Some time back, a study was published about the correlation between a car's color and the likelihood of its being hit.

It seems that more brown cars are hit, than any other color and silver cars are hit the least.

MY car is Lava Inferno Red and Bill won't own anything but a white pickup. My mom's car is a red Lincoln Mark VIII and my dad has a white pickup.

OMG - we've turned into my parents!

Cindy!

My car now is "Champagne", aka light gold. Earl's car is black. My previous car was silver. I hate having cars that are the same color as everyone else's car! That was the one thing I really didn't like about my Tempo - everyone had a silver car, and it was a pain in the rear if I didn't remember exactly where I had parked.

I can't think of a vehicle that doesn't look good in black. My last 3 have been black. It's definitely my favorite car color.

I also like colours that are not the most popular. But I keep cars so long, the fashion changes while I own them. My last car was a blue Honda. I wanted green, but the Civic didn't come in green that year.

My new car is a Chili Pepper Red saturn vue. My dad helped me pay for it, so I let him choose the colour. Knowing that dad, if given a choice, will always go for a red car. I love it. It's big, and bright red.
