Movin' on up!
A single here. My mother's twin sister was born anacephalic, with a cleft palate. She died, at 5 hours old.

I DO have identical twin granddaughters, Feliza and Isabel. They will be two in April and I STILL can't tell them apart!

My older brother helped me to deal with everything, but he suddenly died at the age of 37 (asthma atack brought on by a cat hair allergy). Life isn't easy.
I'm sorry for your losses.

I'm a Septuplet. which means i was one out of seven babies.
They didnt make it through out the pregnancy and my dad saw them come out when i was born...
To me the story sounds real weird
There is something my parents arent telling me.
Apparently my mother didnt know untill about a year later i was born
and thats the time she had started to hit the bottle.
I wish i could have called the hospital to know more about it.

I am a twin-the eldest by 8 minutes. We are also mirror twins. Is it only twins that know there exact birth time??? Mom didn't know she was having twins until in the delivery room. I didn't get the name they had picked out.(sharon) they had to think of a name fast!! Mom made our clothes while in grade school and I think we dressed alike until 12 or 13. To this day however far apart we live we still buy the same exact clothes-in college we made different style shirts out of the same fabric. She has 2 cats currently.

Fwan, that does sound strange. How could your mom not know she had 7 babies, maybe she was given an anasthesia (sp?) and was sleeping through the births?

Little Tommie and I wouold buy each other the same cards, etc. We would go separatepy to buy presents for our mother and daddy and would get the same thing. If we went to the beach together, we would buy the same books (went shopping separately).
Being

a twin was so mcuh fun!

i was supposed to be born on the first but ended up being on the 7th. My mum was in labour for over 24 hours.
She had cancer and had the neck of her womb removed a year and a half before i was born.
My aunty told me she had a very complicated pregnancy
But She didnt understand why she had to take injections in her butt after i was born so it would prevent her to have kids again.
They said the next child would have been handicapped and that it wasnt worth it.
But i didnt think a doctor had the right to say that.. maybe my dad told him to do it and she signed it with out reading.

Not a twin. I have cousins who are twins. And I have twice met people who were born on the same date -- we have enjoyed being "honorary twins" for a time.
But that's the closest I got.

Yes, I have a fraternal twin sister who is 11 minutes older than I. We couldn't be more different in looks and personality, but since we are fraternal, we are linked genetically no different than if we were "just" regular siblings. She's very fair compared to me, and I'm fair in complexion, she is about 6 inches taller, blond to my reddish brunette and blue eyed compared to my green eyes.

I have a picture that one day I'll have to get scanned. A picture taken when we are about 7 with a department store Santa. She (Karen) is scowling for the camera, hands at her side. On the flip side, I have my arm around Santa's shoulders, with a grin that looks as if Santa and I are going to share a fews beers after the picture is taken. Those are our personalities to this day. I never met a stranger I didn't talk to, and my sister is distrustful of everyone. My 4 year old brother Bill is in the pic as well, he just looks terrified, like a lot of kids who were scared of fat men in red suits!
