I was just wondering how many other twins were here. My sister and I are supposed to be identical, but we don't look alike and we have totally different taste in most things!

I'm a triplet. People say my sister and brother and I look alike, I don't think so.

Nope just one of me. Thank God! I don't think my parents could have handled two. Did your parents do those crazy things like dress you in the same outfit? My two younger brothers are two years apart and my parents did that to them.

I'm NOT a twin, but I have a little sister (2 years difference) and my mom totally dressed us up in the same outfit, but in different colours (like, I'd wear the blue dress, she'd wear the same one, but in red). My mom says she couldn't help herself, because I was super blond and my sister has always had brown hair - apparently, we were just too cute when we stood beside each other or something. I admit, the pictures are pretty cute.

Sounds familiar! My sister and I were born 5 minutes apart (I'm the oldest
)and the doctor didn't know my mom was having twins until she was delivering us...guess our fathers were pretty shocked!

Oh yes
, we were dressed the same all of the time until we were about 12. I don't think we actually realised we actually dress differently until then!

Yes she does. We were raised with cats. Actually my mom says she can't remember a time in her life where there wasn't at least one cat around (and she's 84).

(long story)
My sister doesn't have cats right now though, the last place she lived she rented from this guy who was a bit crazy (and not the good crazy either) She had 2 cats, one was Chuckie and Spyder's brother (he looked like Chuckie only all white, had the extra toes too) and another cat the upstairs neighbor left when they moved. Then one day they both disappeared
She thinks the guy she was renting from did something to them because he was trying to get her to move out so he could give the place to one of his friends

I was born a twin, but my sister died at birth. I didn't know this until I was grown, and I always felt like somthing was missing in my life. It was good to finally find out what it was.

My fraternal twin (brother) died of leukemia when we were 16. That was over 30 years ago, but I still miss him! We had a foster brother of the same age, and he couldn't deal with C.'s death, and committed suicide at 17. I'm still trying to deal with that. My older brother helped me to deal with everything, but he suddenly died at the age of 37 (asthma atack brought on by a cat hair allergy). Life isn't easy.

I had a twin who didn't develop right in the room after the first few months. My mom thought she was having twins and therefore ate as the doctor perscribed for twins. She even had the names Lacey and Leah for girls, Chad and Craig for boys, and Lacey and Chad for girl/boy. Well, after a second ultrasound she found that one didn't develop a proper umbilical cord. I was a larger baby (as a result of this) at 8lbs 4oz.

My older sister and I would sometimes get similar clothes, but we got similar toys and presents more often.

We have a set of identical twins in the second grade I'm student teaching in. They have different teachers and they don't dress alike. We try to put them together though for the different activities when we combine for certain things though.

My goodness! So much loss! I am so sorry! I can't imagine the pain that something like that causes.

My sister Tommie and I were identical/mirror twins. She died in 1990 with cancer. I miss her! She and I were telepathic.

How adorable! How old are they?

Being a twin is special! I had my twin for 32 years, and I consider myself truly blessed.
