I'm getting ready to go home from work. We're having chicken and veges. How about everyone else?

Amy's organic black bean chili. Even though it's canned it's very tasty, and I don't want to actually cook tonight

I'm having fresh tasty green veggies with moist, plump chicken breast over a penna pasta, tossed in a creamy alfredo sauce.

*pause while you all stare at me*

it's one of those lean cuisine dinners!!

so yeah, not very exciting over here
anyone planning to lick the butter off a piece of toast?

(Hopefully someone will get that joke
)

Can I come to your house Ashley?

I would say "whatever Earl decides to cook for dinner", which it still might be...but we have some shopping to do and that might take a while. So it may just be some greasy fast food...

If hub doesn't change his mind, we'll have meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans.......if he changes his mind, who knows what it'll be? But I'll guarantee one thing, it'll be good!

So, hubby's cooking???

I was still trying to decide. Maybe eggplant parm with caesar salad.

Yup, hub does 99% of the cooking at our house. I can cook, but I do not enjoy it like he does, so, he cooks, I clean and sit at the computer (can you tell that he spoils me?)

Well, I've been back on my diet for about a week and I lost 5lbs so I'll be sticking to my "carb-free whatever there is in the refrigerator" diet... I forgot to defrost a piece of meat and I'm kinda tired of steak and broccoli cuz I had that two days in a row... so I might just make a chicken salad or something... havent decided yet...

All that's in the fridge is meat and cheese... and eggs... (mmm... maybe an egg omelete)... anyway... yesterday I was on the phone with Adrian and I was complaining that I had to go shovel my car out of the snow so I said "Hey, I'll pay you to dig my car out for me but since Im broke, I'll have to pay you in Cheese!" so he goes "Well, if I could get on the bus with cheese, I'd be right over but your @$$ed out..."

I think we're due for some sausages. Maybe I'll do a Toad in the Hole. Haven't done that in ages, and Rob loves it. There's some cauliflower in the fridge, and some carrots -- that'll take care of veggies. Hmmm....thanks for getting me thinking.
