I had homemade fishballs & porkballs clear noodle soup with veggies. Thank God for mothers! (Love 'em, hate 'em!)

Movin' on up!
I have been saving a big chunk of bone-in ham and have some pinto beans, fresh out of the New Mexico beanfields. Those will simmer in my crockpot, most of the day and, with some cornbread, will make a wonderful meal.

Not sure what we'll do for a late meal today, but for a brunch we are having scrambled eggs, and sausage/cheese/scallion stuffed baked anaheim chilies, a green salad, and teensy slice of wildberry cheesecake with coffee

Left over pasta and sausage casserole with vodka marinara sauce and a nice glass of wine (very easy to make, and delicious as leftovers too).

Best-
Michele

well i just went grocery shopping and can't decide what to make!!! But all your meals sound wonderful.

I am thinking of trying a new chili powder/parmensean crusted chicken recipe I found and then make a salad and some green beans to go with. I am looking for quick and easy tonight.

Beef stew made with deer meat instead of moo moo's. Actually, we just ate some a few minutes ago. Going out with some friends tonight, so we'll probably go try out Smoky Bones Bar and Grill.

There's some baked fennell with cream and parmesan left from last night. It will work into an Alfredo type sauce for some pasta.

Edited to add: We will DEFINITELY do THAT again!

Brunch turned out great, for dinner I'm thinking of making my recipe for crabmeat stuffed mushrooms, and baked pork steak w/Italian seasonings...and coffee
