I had decided to take today (Friday) off cuz our friends were coming in for a visit. We don't see them much so I decided to take a day off and make it a long weekend, but they ended up not coming in due to the weather.
Which totally sucks! But I thought, hey why not just still take the day off and have the day to myself, something that doesn't happen very often. I'm gonna go the mall, get my nails done
and all that fun stuff. Does anyone else enjoy just taking a day off and being home by yourself? Just having time to catch up on all the things you keep putting off and generally just doing whatever you want. Not to mention that Pepper is absolutely loving this...having me home all day long with her. She's currently curled up behind me on the computer chair asleep, she hasn't left my side since I got up this morning.
After she woke me up at 7:20 a.m. wanting to be fed...*sigh* so much for sleeping in on my day off.
