I didn't realize until today that you had to have over 100 posts to post in IMO!!!
I had more than that before the crash...

I only have 53 posts but SO MANY OPINIONS
lol

So, yeah, I am about to become a lot more active!! whats a good way to get my posts up in a short period of time? :-)

Just don't spam the boards, and you have to be here at least 30 days as well before being allowed into IMO. So flooding the board with posts in a short period of time won't work very well.

Spamming is really discouraged here, but if you respond to the threads that really interest you here in the lounge and in the other forums, you'll have over 100 posts in no time! But like I mentioned earlier, don't spam just to get your post count up.

I have been here for 30 days-I rejoined right after the crash in december-I've just been a lot slower in posting than I was before
and dont worry, I won't spam the boards or anything. I think that the restrictions on IMO are a great idea, but today there was a specific post in there that I really wanted to respond to and couldn't.

If you want some "legal"
ways to get some posts, here's some ideas:

Welcome the new members in New Cats on the Block. It's always nice as a newbie to feel really welcomed.

Play some of the games we have going.

There's some fun threads in Paws & Reflect you can participate in.

Get that thinking cap on and come up with some great captions in Caption This!

Well, I know it's not starting until next week, but the Vacation thread is going to be a blast, if the last one was any indication.
And it excersizes that "imagination muscle" most of us don't use much in our day-to-day adult lives.

Thanks! :-) I am looking forward to the vacation...I was going to volunteer but my neighbor (berylayn) beat me out for our neck of the woods

Are you sure you want to post on IMO? It gets pretty heated there! Only kidding. Heidi's suggestions are good - if you follow them, you'll have 100 posts in no time at all. If you want to respond to a specific post, you can always send that member a PM, and open up a dialogue. That goes on all the time.
