I saw the volcano in sicily erupting it looked so pretty but its so scary at the same time

That's a great pic Tania! I tried to look at just now but the screen is black...probably because it's nighttime. I'll check it again tomorrow to check it out.

Big volcanoes are pretty interesting...thanks for the link to the webcam. Did you know that before the 1980 eruption, St. Helens was 9,677 feet tall and 8,363 feet after. Thats like...1300 feet removed by eruption. 1300 feet of rock. Oy.

Unfortunately now that the rain is back, what's new, we wont be able to observe her for a few day. I did hear on the news though that the scientist lost contact with their equipment inside the crater. They think that maybe a rock slide destroyed it.
