But i think Paella alla verdura will do

Last time I was in Manchester I chickened out of the Big Wheel - it looked so....BIG!. But I couldn't really chicken out with you guys could I and anyway...the kitties were excited. Even though the view was great - my knees were shhhaaakking

I did a bit of damage to the credit card in Harvey Nics and there's just enough left to get everyone their favourite tipple at your local - if you've got the energy there'll be one at the bar for you
