Attention To Cats......

Everytime i walk past 1 of our 3 cats, i feel the need to pick them up and give them lots of kisses!!! does anyone else do that?

How much attention in 1 day do you give your cats?

I give my 5 lots of love. Well, 4 of them, actually. I sit and dream about loving the 5th (Pengy).

Anytime I pass one, my hand goes out for a stroke. If I can, I lean over and snuggle with them for a moment. At night, the 4 have their spots, and all come up and get their lovin' before sleep. And I touch and love on them whenever they're in the same place I am.

And know what? All 4 of them love right back at me. They'll be walking by, and change their path to rub my legs. They come over at night and snuggle. They initiate contact on a regular basis, and my, doesn't that make me smile!

I give them tons of love. Sometimes they get irritated with me when I give them too much. You know boys, they're not the emotional type.

my girls dont get enough attention.. i work like all day... then i come home and love on them as much as i can..

mine always greets me as i come in from the front door, first me then the bf
then he will reach up for a hug if not he will go to the bed ready to be petted and played. we play all day, he sleeps with us, he jumps on us for kisses and hugs. i dont know what i would do without him!!
i feel really bad because he is at home all alone since 1 pm and its now 6:30.
we wont get home ntill 11 tonight so he will be very energetic when we get in!

There's pretty much never a time when I'm home when at least one of them isn't on my lap, or curled up next to me, or following me around for pats if I'm up and about doing something like cleaning. So they get lots of attention when I'm home (though I do feel bad that they're alone most days while I'm at school and work).

Thats funny since my boy Franz is the emotional type...a huggy feeley guy at bedtime anyway. Maddie is more aloof, but lately she is coming round for more scritches. Sometimes I note a bit of "sibling rivalry" and have to scritch them at the same time!

I kiss my cats whenever I see them. It's a wonder they are not sick of it.

I give them love all the time!

Well I work all day so the boys don't get much lovin' during that time. But they get lots of lovin's once I get home. They come running to me when I get in and I can't resist picking them up for a cuddle. Other than that when I'm home it is rare that I'm without cat on lap or curled beside lap.

Lol i pick my cats up like a billion times a day!! mostly mittens cause shes the little girl, Zeus dosn't like to be picked up at all!!

Mine get smothered in cuddles

I try to give them all the same amount, which is a lot, but it's hard with their different personalities. Grissom loves it, so he probably gets the most snuggles. Plus his fur is so fluffy and soft, you just have to pet him. Jeter doesn't like affection, so he doesn't get much, cause he usually walks away from you. Fellini runs to you for it, but since he's off his rocker and I'm rather scared of him, the pets are usually rather tentative. I can't rub my face in his fur like the others becuase he will rip my nose off... There is a lot of work to be done with him.
