The dark hours - Just a Thought (long)

Those hours that seem to go on and on... Those hours that you feel nothing is right, the ones where you only want sleep, but sleep doesn't come...
Your dark hours..

The time when it seems the world is sleeping, oblivious to you, you are awake, and all that is wrong invades your mind, when you feel to the depths of your soul, the innermost thoughts that hide throughout the day come to the surface~

You might know you are loved, but feel like you are not, you feel that happiness is for the lucky, and you are most definately not lucky~

The entire world moves about you, but you stay still, never satisfied~

Comfort, what is it? Where do you find this elusive thing? The one that might make it better, where do you find such a thing?~

These are the dark hours~

And how, please, how do we leave them? When does the light show
through?~

To have those moments in time, when you feel like you are worth what you know you are, deep down, how do you hold on?

How do you know that you are loved, and worthy of your own love?

How do you understand that you are only you, there is no other you, and you are perfect the way you are?

How, I ask, how?

I wrote this a long time ago, and now that I have made it through to the other side, that one called happiness, I admit, I still have a bit to go, but now I am inspired by what my own mind came up with, it may not seem a lot to those who are good with writing their thoughts, Im new at that...

Gosh, I certainly felt that I have a lot of writing like that too and have come out the otherside too.
