I hope this year has more zing to it than last year. I just could not get into it last year at all. But I don't start watching until they actually go to Hollywood. I can hear bad singing at home, I don't have to turn on a TV to see that!

I watch this faithfully! Last year's season was the best for me, for I was in the hospital for a good bit of it, and it helped me through some hard times. (I was in the hospital for 17 days, had an ileostomy reversal, and there were complications.)
I didn't watch the first couple of seasons but I did start watching it last year and I got totally hooked.
I absolutely had to watch it every week.
Hopefully this year it will be even better. I read somewhere they may be making a few small changes to the show.
OH yes! I LOVE "American Idol" and am totally looking forward to the season premiere Tuesday night!!

I LOVE American Idol!! It is a MUST WATCH when it is on. I'm always saying, "Ok.. at 8, AMerican Idol is on, so dont call me, or talk to me." LOL

I LOVE American Idol!!! I used to leave my night class early so that I wouldn't miss the beginning. I've watched every season but there will never--------in another season or another "Idol" version that will have as pure a voice as Kelly Clarkson.
Yep...I'm looking forward to it, though I doubt I will ever see anything to match Fantasia's first performance of "Summer Time", which is what won her the competition in my opinion. I had goosebumps.
I'll also never forget the world idol competition and when Kurt Nilson opened his mouth to sing...just outstanding.
