Major claustrophobia! I have big trouble in elevators or subways. I once got stuck in a crowded elevator for an hour with 10 people. I was in tears and almost passed out!

I don't think I have anything that officially qualifies as a phobia--no fears that cause me hysteria or anything--but I am pretty afraid of completely dark places. I once had to spend the night in a room in a finished basement and the room had no windows. I actually felt like the dark was pressing down on my chest.

I don't know what the right term for it is but I am deathly afraid of roaches and lizards. I broke my arm one time trying to get away from a roach.

I also seriously dislike feet. I'll only touch my son's feet. The first 2 yrs I was married, I made my husband sleep with socks on.

Spiders
As soon as I see one I get goosebumps. The problem only come sif I am home alone. I am too scared of them to get close enough to kill them, and I can't handle being in the same room with them

Not sure if this is a real phobia or not, but I've just discovered that I have a fear of being held down, like being restrained.

Mice and rats...so glad I have Franz and Maddie as my protectors. None in my house yet, but even seeing them in the street makes me panic with unbelievable fear.

i used to be deathly afraid of spiders but now I'm just a little freaked out by them. My main fear now is driving in the snow but hopefully i can get over that a bit too..

I have a fear of narrow stairwells like those found in basements or stairs that are made out of grate like material. I completely freeze up when faced with them. The condition lessens when I've had a few drinks but still they creep me out.
