Let the SAS, Seals or whatever covertly capture him, fly him to an undisclosed hospital, and have surgeons quickly perform a complete sex change operation. Then we return 'her' to Afghanistan to live as a woman under the Taliban.

Or, capture him and his followers and take them all to Mars or another planet were they can do whatever they wish and not harm anyone. They would have no way of contacting us because they cannot comunicate with us. Or is that too expensive?

It'd be worth the money! I'd even chip in a few bucks myself.
