Goals... motivation time

Heres 10 points that I was sent that I have printed off for me for this year.

1. WRITE down your goals! This is your plan to suceed! I write daily goals and check them off after I finish them.
2. Drink WATER! Water is now your best friend! Try to drink at least 10 glasses a day. It really helps your body's performance.
3. Be positive, and look out for opportunities to help others.
4. Workout with a friend. Help and motivate each other.
5. Clear the junk food out of your home. Now when you want a snack you will have carrots instead of cookies!
6. If you slip up, don't quit! Forgive yourself and get back on track.
7. Get EXCITED about who you are and the positive changes you are making! You are worth all this effort to live a happy, fullfilling life.
8. Make every day a wonderful experience. You only have one life to live, so make a goal to become the person you really want to be!
9. Make reachable goals. Every small goal you achieve is one step closer to a great achievement!
10. Remember to pat yourself on the back every step of the way. You can do this!

PLAN YOUR SUCCESS! So many people have done this, and so can you! Begin to change your inner thoughts and cheer yourself on to become a healthy, happy, energetic person!

Remember that even the longest journey in life - starts with but a single step.

Good advice right there. I'm revamping my food and drinking habbits. I'm swearing off all soda, diet, regular, etc... I found these Crystal Light drink packets that you mix with a bottle of water. They have lemonade, ice tea, fruit punch that I've found and bonus...no sugar added (except a little bit to the tea).

I've already cleaned out all my junk food. Now I have to go shopping or starve!
