Does "Discovery" mean science? Because if it is, I voted for that one along with pets/animals, news, movies.

Hi Susie,

I picked Comedy, Movies, Pet & Animals & News. We don't have Sky Television anymore so we actually only have three channels which just show a variety but when we had Sky, I used to love watching Animal Planet, Sky Box Office, UK TV, and CNN.

I had to put Other because right now I watch a lot of SpikeTV (television for men, hahaha). But I traditionally like educational channels like Discovery, TLC, A&E, Food Network, and History Channel.

I have on a news channel during the day because daytime tv just plain annoys me!!

I like to watch a few comedies. And I marked other because I like to watch a few shows like 24 and The Shield.

I only picked Home & Garden.....I didn't realize I could pick more than one.

For me it seems that TV is mostly just background noise to all the other things I'm doing.

Well, I checked a whole bunch of them. It'll look like all I do is watch TV, when in reality I might watch as much as an hour at bedtime. That's usually either news or M*A*S*H or some of both, and in the absence of those whatever's on Discovery. I do occasionally watch other stuff when our paths cross. More often than not I fall asleep before I've seen much.

We've just got digital a few days ago, so there may be some other offerings that will attract me, but that remains to be seen.

1. Comedy - a must.
2. Pets/Animals - an equal must.
3. News - to know whats going on & then once I do, it's back to #1. to escape reality.

One Big Vicious Circle.

I don't watch much TV, but I guess reality shows catch my attention. I'll watch news too. One show I can almost remember to turn the TV on for is Train 48.
