New Kitty!!!

Well, I got a new kitty today!!
A woman who takes in strays brought two in and I just fell in love with one of them. He was born 12/3/04 and is the cutest, fuzziest little thing.
I've named him Casey Jones, or CJ for short.

As soon as I get my new batteries for my camera I will be posting lots of pics!!

Hooray! Little kittens are so much fun!

That sounds wonderful! You must be so happy?! I am going to be parting with 2 today. They're only about 6 or 7 days old and just beautiful!!!! Enjoy CJ and please let me know when you have photos available.

Well here I am up at 4 to feed this little guy. What a yapper he is too!!
Poor thing has diarrhea though. He's on meds but do you guys know of anyway that I can help keep him clean besides constant bathing? His poor little tush is so sore. I took home animax cream from work to put on there so I hope that is helping.

He is the sweetest little thing and loves loves loves attention. Well I better get back to bed... another feeding in 4 hours or so!

Congratulations on taking on another member for your family. Adopting strays is a very loving thing to do.

I hope his runnies go away soon. Kittens get that a lot (from my experience with the little boogers), once they get used to your house, your food, your water, and your lifestyle (And get a visit to the Vet in!) the runnies will stop.

I 'almost' wound up with a 7th adoption 2 nights ago. Two little girls who live on my street and are friends with my daughter stopped by with a tiny black kitten -- loving little thing. They asked if she was mine, said they found her and she was so loving and sweet, thought maybe she was mine (I have a lil black cat who looked similar to this lost kitty). Lori said, "well do you want her?"... I stood there for a minute and said, nah but let me know if you don't find her a home, I'll be around.

They never came back so I am guessing they found the parents of the kitten.

He was just to the vet yesterday. That's how I got him. I work there and someone brought him in. And I fell in love!

I'm going to bring him in with me periodically so they can just give him and check up and so I can see how big he is getting!

By the way he eats you would think he would have gained pounds already. lol

He woke me up this morning. Protesting to be fed. Loud little thing too.

Right now he's resting, all snuggled up. I can't wait to show you guys pics. He's the tiniest little thing. He was only 12 ounces yesterday. hehe

Not yet. I'm waiting for new batteries for my digital camera to come in. Hopefully today! If not soon I'm going to go out and get a disposable camera.. I'm not patient enough. lol
