Active life cat food?

Someone posted that they heard they were going to be selling all their cat food again. Is this true? Where I am they used to have something like 8 different flavors now there is only 3. Are they closing down, or will they be selling their food again?

I'll get back to you, I can call them directly tomorrow, as I'm itching to know as well. I adore their cat food!

Hi Pat and Catlover~~
I called them just last week and spoke to a peson who said that the factory in Colorado will open in April and they will resume in the Spring. I CAN'T WAIT. I first found their wonderful food through Pat after Sasha learned to eat again with his severed tongue after the coyote and their Chicken Fricasee was ALL he wanted (With Wildside Salmon cubes on top!). When they ceased production I was so very disappointed. I've been looking for a comparable substitute ever since.

To my surprise there is more availability than I knew, so things are improving in terms of supply again already. Thanks for this update, I'll just ask my distributor then instead of calling them...ooh this is wonderful news!

I've never heard of this brand before. Why did they go out of production?

They lost use of the facility they used for production, I believe they decided to build one of their own
It is one of the best lines of canned food I've ever found, and I love their products.

Indeed, the Chicken Fricassee is a shredded stew with a smooth caramel colored gravy and chunks. Cat food you say?? No way -- this stuff looks like it's from a hotel for humans. The reason it was so good for Sasha was that the consistentcy was so "real", like chicken that was de-boned fresh and then put into a gravy. So it was easy for him to maneuver on his tongue and had zero preservatives and synthetics in it. He loved it and I couldn't buy it fast enough for him.

Thanks so much for the info. I am going tomorrow to pick up some innova, and they used to sell the Active life and will be asking about it. I really appreciate the quick reply. You guys are the greatest!!
