How do I add a signature???

Hi.

I'd like to add a signature with a picture of Sammy and Lola, but I don't know how to go about it....
What do I have to do?

Reminder that signature pictures need to be linked from another site. Also, remember the size requirements: file size no more than 30 Kb; visually no bigger than 2x3.
