Mr. S is not a winter boy. His favorite activity is lounging on top of the heater vents in the house (they come from the floor w/forced hot air) and he literally stretches out on the vent itself and stays for hours. He loves to sit and watch the winter starlings and the snow. Because of all this decadence, there are two patches on his upper thigh areas that have turned brittle and are shedding a bit, where the skin could start to show through (but hasn't) we think from all that heat. Does anyone have a simple remedy for this? The skin hasn't broken so I wasn't thinking of neosporin, but should I even be concerned? He doesn't scratch or pay any mind to the patches, so that's good....We think he did this last winter too and by Spring the hair was all grown back, but this winter is colder.... any feedback~~?
