Great story. Thanks for posting it. I don't know how I missed it because that is my local paper. Davis is only about a 30 minute drive from here.

Good story but I disagree on the comment about neutered males keeping out non-neutered cats from their colonies. Unfortunately, the neutered males are kicked out sooner or later specially if there's an unspayed female in the group. My boy Wawa is a good example.
