Hmmm.. Unfortuantly on my computer I install and the next day its gone.
I'll work on it soon. I love the game. I have Sims, Sim2, Sims Hot Date, Sims Unleashed, Sims SuperStar, Sims Makin Magic, and now, Sims vacation.
About Sims 2. The build mode in the game is THE BEST of any game!!! Unbelieveable!!!!! Any other sims 2 people I'd love to exchange families and houses on sims2.com!!!

I'm a Sims addict too!! I started playing about 3 years ago. I have the original Sims and several add-on packages. I would love to buy the Sims 2 but I need a new computer for that. This one is too slow and the game requires a lot of hard drive space. My sister has Sims 2 and loves it.
Right now, I'm playing Urbz: Sims in the City for PS2. The concept of this version took some re-training of my brain, but it's a worthwhile version. I just wish I could build my own place!!!

TSR is a great site, but it's a pay site. I remember when sims first came out, I used to hang at TSR all the time, they had such great downloads. I trust the stuff from there.
Ooooh btw... how many of you have ever been to Marina Sims??? (Site) THey've got a medi-eval set with a counter from LL that I recolored!!
I've got Bustin' out, and the Urbz on GBA SP. I just got Bustin' out on cube. I want Urbz on the Cube too, but just haven't got it yet... I will though.
On Sims 2....the cheat for getting more money is "Motherlode". You hold down shift-ctrl-c at the same time and then type in the Motherlode and it will give you $50,000 simoleans. You can keep repeating that until you have all the money you could ever need.
You can also turn aging off if you want to allow your sims to get all their skill points and aspiration rewards before they decide to marry and have kids. That way, your kids will have better genetics. To turn off aging, hold down the shift-ctrl-c at the same time and then type in Aging off. Then you turn it back on the same way and typing in Aging on.

I LOVE the sims!
My half sister has it and I used to love it when she brought it over! Mum brought me the Sims Vacation expansion pack without realising that you needed the first one so you could play it. I'll get it eventually!

The only thing I don't like is that it takes up the whole screen. Do any of you know of a way to have it open but still see the toolbar at the bottom?
It's a pain in the butt to have to push alt + tab whenever I want to IM someone, etc.

ohhh! i used to go to my friends house and play the sims!! but now i don't go there anymore
my mom won't let me and my sisters get it because it is rated teen, but im 13!! does anyone on here let there thirteen or younger kid play it??

I do that except I don't do the 800x600 thing, I just do the -w thing.
Whats the cheat for Sims 1 for money? I think I got a bit bored cos I kept running out of money and my lot just got hungry and tired a lot! they cant do much without a decent cooker and a bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
