I don't know. it just says as seen on TV. you could try it.
I think it is only US. Why doesnt the UK (or Germany for that matter eh Fwan) do this!!!! Mind you my lot dont like the pine litter - but hell thats not the point!
you have to print out a rebate coupon, buy first and get one free later. Thanks anyway .

I think what you have to do is buy it and send the UPC code in for the rebate.
